Physical Examinations
We are skilled in Health Examinations. We have two DOT certified Medical Examiners capable of performing DOT examinations and Non-DOT examinations.

Respirator Fit Testing
We offer OSHA Compliant Qualitative and Quantitative fit testing every day!
Whether you need fit testing for an SCBA, N95, partial face mask, or full face mask, we have you covered!
Our Fit-Testing equipment meets all of the needs of OSHA 1910.134(f), and includes the highest of quality of fit testing using a PortaCount machine.
Drug Screens and Breath Alcohol Screening
We offer both DOT and Non-DOT drug screens in a safe and discreet manner. Our staff are DOT certified collectors, and are well versed in managing all of your needs.
We partner with CRL, Labcorp, and Quest, and include MRO oversight as well. We can perform instant drug screening if required, with confirmatory send-out testing.
We can additionally perform DOT-approved breath alcohol screening for on-the-spot alcohol screening.
Comprehensive Vision Screening
We provide the highest-tech vision screening on the market, utilizing a VT-1 vision screener.

Blood work and Phlebotomy
We have skilled on-site phlebotomists capable of perfoming all lab testing. We partner with Labcorp, Quest, and local labs including Rochester Regional Health and the University of Rochester.
